FAIRCHILD, J.

The principal questions raised by appellants are: (1) That as a matter of law Redlin was not negligent as to speed, (2) that if negligent, his speed was not causal, (3) that the court should not have granted a new trial in the interest of justice, and (4) that the damages found by the jury are excessive. We conclude that the finding as to speed is supported by the evidence as well as the finding that it was causal and that the trial court did not abuse...
