Hugh Smith and Lucy Coleman Smith, his wife, lived at Siloam Springs, Arkansas. They had no children. On April 22, 1947, Mrs. Smith executed a will leaving all property to her husband.1 On November 3, 1952, Mr. Smith executed a will leaving all property to his wife.
