On February 25, 1958 the Regional Director of the National Labor Relations Board filed this proceeding under § 10(j) of the Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C.A. § 160(j), to enjoin, pending a final determination by the Board, a strike against the Haverhill Gazette, a newspaper published daily, except Sunday, in Haverhill, Massachusetts.
