This is an action by a real estate broker for commissions. Plaintiff claims that the defendant at first asked $26,000 as the purchase price of his home of which $8,000 would have to be cash. He advised the plaintiff that he had a mortgage in the amount of $7,000. Plaintiff testified that the defendant told her he would pay this mortgage off and get a new first mortgage for the balance above...
