This is an appeal from a judgment for the plaintiff for $6,942.50, representing a commission of 5 percent upon an offer to purchase the site of Rockwood Pottery, which the plaintiff alleged it had obtained as the duly authorized agent of the defendant-owner. Trial by jury was waived, and during the trial to the judge sitting as the trier of the facts, the defendant duly requested that the court state, in writing, the findings of fact found separately...
