Reserve Life Insurance Company, of Dallas, Texas, appellant, entered into a contract of hospitalization insurance with Willie B. Thomas, now deceased, on January 24, 1955. No medical examination was required. In December of that year Mr. Thomas was taken to Samson Community Hospital at Glasgow, Kentucky, where he remained until his death on February 6, 1956.
