This diversity action was instituted by appellant, James L. Bowling, against the appellees, Maggie K. Lewis and Lillian Kulchycke, for the recovery of damages for personal injuries which he alleges he sustained as the result of the negligence of appellees. There was a trial with a jury and at the conclusion of plaintiff's evidence the district judge granted defendants' motion for a judgment of involuntary...
