This is a suit for personal injuries to petitioner which resulted while he was riding in an automobile driven by defendant, Wilton H. Gillen. The petitioner is Clint L. Pierson, a guest passenger, and the defendants are Wilton H. Gillen, the driver, and his insurer, Hartford Accident and Indemnity Company.
