This case involves the claims of two parties for damages arising out of an automobile accident which occurred at approximately 6:30 p.m. on August 15, 1954. One of the claims is brought by Evelyn R. Bush against Andrew Havir for personal injuries. The other is brought by George R. Bush, the husband of Evelyn R. Bush, against Andrew Havir for personal injuries, for medical care and treatment for his wife, for loss of services of his wife and consortium...
