This is a prosecution brought in Brattleboro Municipal Court for the sale of maple syrup in violation of V.S. 47 § 7381. The case is here on the State's exception to the granting of the respondent's motion for a directed verdict of not guilty at the close of the State's case. Judgment was stayed.
