This is an appeal on questions of law from a judgment of affirmance of the Court of Common Pleas of a judgment of the Municipal Court of Cincinnati, Ohio. The defendant, appellant herein, was convicted of the violation of an ordinance. Section 901—13, of the city of Cincinnati. The evidence discloses and there is no dispute that defendant had in his possession at the time of his arrest, five pamphlets, entitled: "Continental," "Gallery and Cabaret...
