1. The defendant's special demurrers sought to have stricken those allegations of the plaintiff's petition which alleged that the defendant was the plaintiff's agent. If such allegations should have been stricken because the allegations otherwise showed that the defendant was not the plaintiff's agent, then the general demurrer also should have been sustained; however, if the petition was not subject to such criticism then the petition was good...
