This is an appeal from the decision of the Board of Appeals of the United States Patent Office, affirming the Primary Examiner's rejection of claims 18, 19, 20, 21, and 26 of appellant's application No. 12,657 for a patent on a structural building unit and method of making the same, on the ground of lack of invention over prior patents.
