The conviction is for the unlawful possession of policy paraphernalia in violation of Sec. 2 of Art. 642c, Vernon's Ann.P.C.; the punishment, 30 days in jail and a fine of $250.

Officer Bond testified that when he and Officers Cook and Jones entered a frame building through an open door, the appellant was standing behind a small counter; that after they told her they had a search warrant for the building she gave him some policy plays...
