Both arise under the Federal Tort Claims Act, 28 U.S.C.A. § 1346, and seek recovery of damages for the death of Stanley Matt Johnson on July 4, 1955, as the result of electrocution from energy transmitted through the substation operated by the Bureau of Reclamation, United States Department of the Interior, at Forsyth, Montana.
