Defendant moves for summary judgment based on its first defense. Suit is by an employee against his employer for wrongful discharge. There was a written contract between the parties which superseded a prior contract. By the terms of the contract in suit plaintiff was hired on a month to month basis at a salary of $16,500 per annum. The contract provides that it is to continue until either party gives the other six months' notice of termination...
