By information defendant was charged in count I with assault with a a deadly weapon upon his stepdaughter, Janice Dizon, and in count II with the same offense upon his wife, Doris Redwine. On count I defendant was found not guilty. On count II he was convicted of assault. He appeals from the judgment.
