MURPHY, J.

The defendant railroad, hereinafter referred to as the defendant, has appealed from a judgment rendered upon a verdict for the plaintiff which the trial court refused to set aside. The only assignment of error which we are to consider relates to the action of the trial court in denying the motion to set aside the verdict. The assignment of error attacking certain portions of the finding is treated as abandoned, since it is not mentioned in the defendants...
