This is an interpleader suit brought by Delaware Trust Company, Executor under the will of Deborah Morrison Rood. The interpleaded claimants are Deborah Rood Everitt (herein "Deborah"), daughter of the testatrix, and Robert Howe Everitt (herein "Robert"), former husband of Deborah.
