Action on seven promissory notes and to recover the purchase price of building material sold. The action was against Henry Marcus, Oscar Altman, and three other persons, individually and as partners. Henry Marcus Building Specialties, the partnership, was also named as a defendant. In a nonjury trial, judgment was in favor of plaintiff. Oscar Altman appeals from the judgment.
