This is a petition for instructions, filed in the Probate Court, for the interpretation of an indenture of trust originally executed by Benjamin Theise of Chelsea and the Old Colony Trust Company of Boston, as trustee, on October 13, 1916. On March 25, 1937, the State Street Trust Company of Boston was appointed trustee under said trust by the Probate Court and subsequently the petitioner by merger became trustee.
