On November 30, 1956 William Cave, the plaintiff, filed a petition in equity against parties interested in a decedent's estate wherein it was alleged he had suffered damages because of a collision of a car driven by Alex Fahan with a school bus, of which he, Cave, was the driver, and that he has a just and fair claim against the estate of Alex Fahan which has been closed.
