Appellant, Mary Tygart White, and appellee, Sam White, were married on June 29, 1952, and lived together as husband and wife until December 1, 1953. Mrs. White filed complaint for divorce on July 5, 1956, alleging that she was compelled to leave Mr. White because of indignities suffered at his hands. She alleged that he was the owner of several hundred acres of land and a large number of cattle, and prayed that she be awarded her statutory rights...
