By notarial act dated June 6, 1941, the plaintiff, Mrs. Radolph Kelly Fedd, conveyed to the defendant, her uncle J. H. Wheeler, 160 acres of land situated in Bossier and Webster parishes, which she had inherited from her father. The act recites a consideration of $150 cash and "other valuable considerations cash in hand paid".
