This is an appeal from a judgment vacating, dissolving and setting aside a preliminary injunction, and holding that defendants could proceed with the pending private sale of certain lots included under a trust deed in accordance with the terms thereof, with directions to the trustee to apply the proceeds received from the sale to the payment of the costs, expenses and attorney's fees in the amount of $1,500 allowed in this action; to the costs and expenses...
