This is an appeal by defendant against which a judgment was entered in an action of assumpsit brought by plaintiff to recover the balance alleged to be due on the purchase price of a special industrial incinerator, which it had constructed on order from defendant, and the cost of alleged repairs subsequently made to the incinerator.
