This is an appeal on questions of law from a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas. We will refer to the parties in this action as they were designated in the court below, to wit, Hardware Mutual Casualty Company and James B. Warner, plaintiffs, and Bernard C. Peroz and Ronald C. Sedoris, defendants.
Plaintiffs filed an amended petition against the defendants, which in part is as follows:
