This is an action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by the minor plaintiff Richard Marill and for consequential damages sustained by his father and coplaintiff.

The case went to trial upon four counts of plaintiffs' complaint. In the first of these it is alleged that the defendant John R. Weber was the agent and employee of the defendants Crescent Bay Council of the Boy Scouts of America...
