This is a proceeding brought under the provisions of chapters 85 and 86, Code of Iowa, 1954, I.C.A. Claimant's petition for review was filed 12 days after the filing of an adverse decision of the deputy. The commissioner sustained defendants' motion to dismiss the petition for review as not timely filed under the requirement of section 86.24 of the Code. The district court affirmed and claimant appeals.
