This is an appeal from a decision and award of the Workmen's Compensation Board. Claimant suffered a back injury on December 30, 1944, in a fall from a ladder. He was totally disabled for a period of about four months, after which he returned to work for the same employer at apparently lighter duties. His case was closed on November 5, 1947 with a finding of permanent partial disability but was reopened...
