This is a workmen's compensation case from the district court for Cedar County. Cleo Wynia, the widow of Benjamin R. Wynia, originally filed a petition in the Nebraska Workmen's Compensation Court. The case was tried to a judge of the compensation court who found for the claimant and awarded her compensation for the accidental injuries and death suffered by the claimant's husband, Benjamin R.
