This is a damage suit for personal injuries. Parties will be referred to as in the Trial Court. Plaintiff John Lejsal instituted this action against the defendants Lantex Construction Company and its employees Patrick Duhon and Howard Champayne to recover damages for personal injuries received when he fell from a scaffold which was upset by a pickup truck driven by defendant Duhon.
