This is an appeal on questions of law from a judgment of the Common Pleas Court denying plaintiffs an injunction upon a claim of violation of restrictions on property in Schmidlin Place, an addition in Oregon Township (now Oregon Village), Lucas County, Ohio. By stipulation and agreement, the action was tried to the court without the intervention of a jury, the parties specifically waiving any right or rights which they may have to trial by a jury.
