The appellants were the plaintiffs below. This appeal is from a judgment in a negligence action directing a verdict for defendant-appellee.

The plaintiff wife was a passenger in the defendant's cab and was injured at a street crossing in the City of Tampa. The crossing was uncontrolled, it was daylight and the vision was unobscured.
