This is an appeal from an order of the Circuit Court for St. Mary's County, Maryland, affirming the action of the Board of Zoning Appeals for St. Mary's County in reversing the decision of the St. Mary's County Planning and Zoning Commission which denied Certificates of Use and Occupancy to the appellees.
