The controversy is between attaching creditors and the holder of an unrecorded chattel mortgage as to priority of the two liens. The trial court held, on stipulated facts, the lien of the attachment was paramount. The mortgagee has appealed.

I. Plaintiffs, attaching creditors, argue we do not have jurisdiction of the appeal because, it is said, the amount in controversy is less than $300 and no certificate of the trial judge was obtained...
