The jury in this case returned money verdicts in favor of the plaintiffs, Richard Krusinski, Anna Krusinski, and Joseph Krusinski against John J. Chioda. The Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County ordered a new trial on the ground of inadequacy of the verdicts.
