DENNY, Justice.

The defendants assign as error the refusal of the court below to sustain their motion for judgment as of nonsuit made at the close of plaintiff's evidence and renewed at the close of all the evidence.

We think the evidence adduced in the trial below, when considered in the light most favorable to the plaintiff, as it must be on such motion, is sufficient to carry the case to the jury, and we so hold...
