ROBINSON, Justice.

The issue is whether a writ of prohibition shall be granted. The petitioner, Vernon Duncan, was convicted in the Little Rock Municipal Court. He appealed to the Circuit Court and later filed a motion to dismiss the charge. His motion was overruled and he then filed in this Court a petition for a writ of prohibition to prevent the Circuit Court from putting him to trial.
