This is a case under the Nebraska workmen's compensation law. The case was originally instituted in the compensation court by Daisy Bourelle as plaintiff against Soo-Crete, Inc. and Guinther Ditching and Piping, defendants. The case was tried to a judge of the workmen's compensation court, wherein the plaintiff obtained an award of $300 for burial expenses and $30 per week for a period of 325 weeks from and after February 15, 1956, as a dependent...
