In this action, brought under the Declaratory Judgment Act, 28 U.S.C. § 2201 (1952), plaintiffs, owners of real estate in the defendant Borough, seek a declaration that a zoning ordinance, originally adopted by the Borough's governing body in 1936 and several times subsequently amended, deprives the plaintiffs of property without due process of law contrary to the provisions of the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution...
