The respondent Cliffside, Inc., was brought to trial in the Addison Municipal Court for the illegal sale of malt beverages on Sunday. Upon the return of a verdict of guilty, the respondent filed a motion in arrest of judgment which challenged the sufficiency of the complaint in the cause.
