This is an action of tort for negligence commenced in the Central District Court of Worcester by writ dated June 4, 1956, and removed by the plaintiff to the Superior Court in accordance with the provisions of G.L.c. 231, § 102B, inserted by St. 1954, c. 616, § 3. The case was tried before a justice of a District Court sitting with jury under G.L.c. 212, § 14B, as appearing in St. 1954, c. 668, § 1, and a verdict returned for the plaintiff...
