Tony Harris recovered judgment upon a jury verdict for $12,500 against the Paducah Coca-Cola Bottling Company, as damages for loss of the sight of his right eye resulting from the explosion of a bottle of Coca-Cola. The bottling company has appealed, contending that it was entitled to a directed verdict, and that the instructions were erroneous.
