BRYANT, J.

Philipp V. Barhorst, defendant and appellant herein, was tried and found guilty of practicing optometry without a license, contrary to Section 4725.02 of the Revised Code. The judge of Columbus Municipal Court before whom the case was heard, after Barhorst's conviction, imposed a fine of $200 and costs. Barhorst has appealed on questions of law.
