At about 5:30 p. m. on September 17, 1954, plaintiffs received personal injuries and damage to their property when the car in which they were riding was struck by a truck being driven by defendant Edward F. Doyle. In this action against Doyle and the truck owner, Standard Milling Company, plaintiff Horton Rosser obtained a verdict for $2,965.50 and plaintiff Lawson Fore a verdict for $7,000.
