Plaintiff, Willie D. Sampson, brought this suit for property damages to his automobile sustained in an accident with defendant, John D. Roberts' automobile in the City of Bogalusa. From an adverse judgment in the amount of $107 as rendered by the City Court of Bogalusa, the defendant has appealed.
