The bill in this cause was filed by a number of property owners in Roane County, charging that the State, Roane County, and the Federal Government determined upon a project whereby U.S. Highway 27 should be broadened and elevated, and also a revamping of part of U.S. Highway 61, wherein Roane County would acquire and pay for rights of way and would receive reimbursement from the State and Government; that as a result of said agreement Roane County...
