This was an action in condemnation instituted by the County of Maricopa, appellant, pursuant to § 27-901, A.C.A. 1939.* In 1948 appellee, Shell Oil Company, leased a parcel of land located at the southeast corner of the intersection of East Thomas Road and 24th Street, Maricopa County, Arizona.
