Carter, brought by his surviving widow as plaintiff, for herself, and for the three surviving minor children of deceased, against the Skelly Oil Company as defendant. Deceased was an employee of Skelly Oil Company, and on 15 August 1955, while working in the course and scope of his employment, understook to remove a unibolt coupling from a heater...
